THE APPLES CAKE WHIT CANDY

The apples cake whit candy is a traditional cake the my granmather always makes ,on special days and some weekends, all my family loves it, it's my favorite cake

Ingradients

-4 Apples

-100 grams of sugar

-100grams of butter

1/2 kilogram of puff-pastry

-100 grams of toasted and graund almond

Preparation:

-firt extend the puff-pastry 2 milimeters of thinckness by means of a roller and cut a disc of 20 centrimeters of diameter.

-the lubricate a mold of the same diametre and line it with the disc of puff-pastry and dust it with the toasted almond.

Stuffed preparation

First peel the apples and discourage them.

hen rub them with lemon to prevent the from oxidizing.

Nex,refill the mold with the stuffed prepared before

after that cover it with another disc

then let it rest and bake it

nex,dust it with sugar and put the candy and finally remove it from the oven letitresf and dismantle
