Dear. Mayor
I think you have made this city the most beautiful of Venezuela. But also I think there is a lot of kidnapping and crime, the city should have polices specifically responsible for the issue of adductions and more surveillance on the streets.

The little boy is in the beach. he's on vacations. he is playing with the sand in the afternoon. he's in villa marina beach. he's 7 years old. he's wearing a cap, T-shirt and shorts. the water is cold and the weather is hot and sunny. he's walking and enjoying the sunny morning!
